Joe’s Story

Joe, his wife, and 4 kids engaged a builder to build them a new house to increase the size of their growing family. He did not have enough to put down on the new house without selling his existing house. He needed the proceeds from the sale to pay for the new build and somewhere to live while it was being built. We are committed to win-win situations even though this deal would not benefit us and tried hard to come up with a solution for Joe. We were able to find a partner that could both purchase the home, not needing to live in it right away and offer a 6-month rent back for Joe's family while his new house was being built. We were able to create a win-win between Joe and a disabled veteran living in a camper to purchase his house. 

Paula’s Story

Paula and her husband lived in their home raising 2 boys for over 20 years. A few credit missteps and a mortgage balloon payment caught Paula unable to pay out her mortgage or qualify for a new loan. She was about to lose her home. Our hearts broke as she told us about her situation with tears in her eyes and a trembling voice of fear. We paid off her loan purchasing the house, offered her a 12-month lease, and partnered her with a mortgage broker to repair her credit. Her 12-month term is due in 2 months, her credit has been restored, and she is in the process of securing a loan to purchase her 20+ year home back. We literally helped Paula save her family home.
